Ox Industries Promotes Sal Soldana to General Manager of Aurora Converting Plant

Ox Industries announced the promotion of Sal Soldana to General Manager of its Aurora, Illinois converting facility, effective January 27, 2025.
Soldana joined Ox Industries in December of 2022 when Ox acquired the Aurora converting plant from WestRock. Soldana has served as Production Manager at the Aurora facility since August of 2022.
In a written statement, Ox Industries stated, “A leader with exceptional expertise in manufacturing and packaging, Sal consistently delivers excellence. He’s also a Navy Veteran with a passion for building strong, collaborative teams — a true reflection of Ox Industries’ values.”
Soldana holds a Masters in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Management, from Chicago State University.
