Velvet CARE to Acquire 100 Percent of Shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue

Velvet CARE has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue, companies specializing in the production and distribution of paper hygiene products.

This strategic decision marks a milestone in the development of the Velvet CARE Group, strengthening its position in Central Europe. Through this transaction, we are increasing our converting capacity and expanding our product portfolio to meet the growing needs of customers in a rapidly evolving environment. Together with these new companies, we aim to achieve a turnover of 2 billion PLN in 2025!

As our CEO, Artur Pielak, stated: “This second acquisition lays the foundation for the company’s further development plans (…) I am deeply convinced that together with Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue, we will write a shared history in the paper industry.”
