Crown Holdings Appoints Michael Doss to its Board

Crown Holdings has elected packaging industry executive Michael P. Doss to its Board of Directors, effective March 3, 2026.
With the appointment, the company’s board will expand to ten members.

Doss most recently served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Graphic Packaging Holding Company from 2016 to 2025. During his tenure, the company strengthened its position as a global supplier of paperboard-based consumer packaging.

Before becoming CEO, Doss held a range of commercial, operational and general management roles at Graphic Packaging over a period of more than 25 years.
He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Regal Rexnord Corporation, a manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission systems, a position he has held since 2023.

“Mike brings to the Board substantial senior executive leadership and management experience in the packaging industry, as well as comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing, commercial activities, international business and public company governance,” said Timothy J. Donahue, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Crown Holdings.

Doss holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Finance, both from Western Michigan University.
