Yankee Dryer Professionals to Meet Virtually for 2026 Fall Safety and Reliability Meeting

TAPPI’s Tissue Division will host its Yankee Dryer Safety and Reliability Committee (YDSRC) 2026 Fall Meeting virtually on Thursday, November 5, 2026. Industry professionals, this is your opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions with your peers on the latest Yankee Dryer safety updates and reliable operating and maintenance practices. The meeting is scheduled from 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM EST.

This year’s program includes updates from the Dust Mitigation Committee and the NBIC Task Group as well as a presentation about a Yankee Dryer replacement from Dan Goymerac with Miron Construction. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate as subject matter experts in reviews and updates on several TAPPI Standards and Technical Information Papers (TIPs).
