Lecta Announces the Spin-Off of Its Self-Adhesive Business

Lecta has announced the spin-off of its Self-Adhesives business unit from Torraspapel S.A.U. This spin-off will be effective as of January 1, 2025. It entails the creation of the new company Lecta Self-Adhesives España, S.L.U., which will take over all activities, agreements and commercial relationships relating to the Lecta's self-adhesives business, including all its self-adhesive products.
