Nefab Group Acquires Nordic Heavy Duty Corrugated Packaging Producer FARUSA Emballage

Nefab Group, through its subsidiary Nefab Denmark, has acquired privately owned FARUSA Emballage, a leading manufacturer in the Nordic region of heavy duty corrugated cardboard packaging.

According to Nefab, FARUSA’s high-quality, fiber-based products are a perfect addition to Nefab Nordic’s existing portfolio, while strengthening Nefab’s position both globally and locally to better serve customers with innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
“With this acquisition, we are solidifying Nefab’s position in the Nordic market and enhancing our ability to provide fiber-based solutions to industry customers,” said Per Öhagen, President and CEO of Nefab Group.
“The expansion of our market reach and portfolio of sustainable offerings will enable us to deliver even greater value to our customers.”
Following the acquisition of FARUSA Emballage, the Nefab Group now comprises nearly 5,000 employees across 38 countries, with an annual turnover exceeding 10 billion SEK.
