Hinojosa's FY 2025 Turnover Rises 6% to Euro 848 Million

April 29, 2026

Hinojosa reported a consolidated turnover of Euro 847.5 million for the full year 2025, a 6% increase compared to the previous year, driven by the acquisition of ASV Packaging and industrial investments despite a complex market environment impacted by fluctuating energy costs and international uncertainty.

The company completed the full acquisition of ASV Packaging, a French packaging company, after initially acquiring a 49% stake in July 2023. The operation strengthens Hinojosa’s presence in France and consolidates its position as a packaging provider for the food and fast-moving consumer goods sectors in South-Western Europe, with nine production sites in the country.

The group invested more than Euro 60 million in 2025 to boost production capacity, efficiency, and process automation. The company upgraded equipment and introduced new technologies across all markets to enhance production processes and increase flexibility. In the paper division, a project at the Alquería paper mill expanded the paper machine’s production capacity and installed an energy recovery solution that converts waste generated during the process into energy for on-site consumption.

Hinojosa operates 24 plants located in Spain, France, Portugal, and Italy, employing more than 3,000 people. The company’s emissions reduction targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. It has set a target of sourcing 100% of its electricity from renewable sources by 2030. The company also introduced a Carbon Footprint Calculator to enable customers to measure the environmental impact of their packaging across the entire life cycle.
