The Argentinian tissue paper producer chooses A.Celli technology and orders a new E-WIND® P80 for its Buenos Aires plant to produce their own cardboard cores.
Papelera San Andres de Giles enters the long list of A.Celli users. The renowned Argentinian company decided in fact to rely on a new E-WIND® P80 paper rewinder to internalize the production of cores for their tissue paper reels.
The paper rewinder, with a design speed of 600 mpm, will be used to process cardboard with a basis weight of 150 gsm and produce reels with maximum width of 2850 mm and diameter of 1200 mm.
Mr. Sebastian Schiaffino, San Andres de Giles Plant Manager, says: “We were on the market to find a solution for producing our own cardboard cores. A.Celli’s proposal, specifically the P80 paper rewinder, convinced us thanks to the unrivalled price/quality ratio and the numerous references all around the world. We are happy with our choice and now we look forward to an undoubtedly successful start up.”
Papelera San Andres De Giles is a leading Argentinian tissue paper producer and converter founded in 1981 by Maximo Gagliardi. It is recognized as the tissue manufacturer with the best technology in Latin America and one of the top firms in the industry at international level.
